Through the consortium in partnership with businesses UTC Holdings and France’s Egis Airport Operational, Triunfo Participações, which holds 23 per cent stake in the business, announced on Thursday (14) who has assumed full control of the operations at the airport Viracopos in Campinas.
According to the company, the last step of the transition from public to private control at the airport was completed on Thursday, the day the dealership Airports Brazil Viracopos fully assumed all operations of the airport.
Besides the dealership be responsible for all functional activities of Viracopos, it also will be responsible for expanding services, maintenance and operation of the airport for the next thirty years, according to the agreement signed in June last year.
